Auto Parts Class Action Settlement Distribution

March 2, 2021

The APA has been receiving inquiries from consumers who are unsure about a notice they have received relating to an Interac transfer. If you are part of the Auto Parts Class Action settlement, you may be receiving a notice relating to an Interac E-Transfer. This is not Spam or Phishing! The notice should look like this:

The settlement covers some vehicles sold by Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Subaru and the Pontiac Vibe sold by General Motors. The automakers were unaware they may have overpaid for automotive wiring due to price fixing by some of their suppliers. The refund is supposed to cover a possible overpayment on the price of the car. In addition to the Wire Harness Class Action, settlements have been reached with defendants in Air Flow Meters, Electronic Control Units, Fan Motors, Fuel Senders, Power Window Motors and Windshield Washer Systems class actions, so future reimbursements are possible.
